Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode for a secondary battery, the method for manufacturing an electrode for a secondary battery comprising the steps of: (i) preparing a current collector and an electrode slurry, respectively, the current collector having penetration-type pores or holes formed thereon, and the electrode slurry comprising an electrode active material; (ii) shielding the pores or holes on one surface of the current collector by closely adhering a shielding film to the one surface; (iii) manufacturing a temporary electrode by coating the electrode slurry on the other surface of the current collector on which the shielding film is not attached, and primarily drying same; (iv) removing the shielding film from the temporary electrode; and (v) manufacturing an electrode by secondarily drying the temporary electrode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode pour une batterie secondaire, le procédé de fabrication d'une électrode pour une batterie secondaire comprenant les étapes consistant à : (i) préparer un collecteur de courant et une bouillie d'électrode, respectivement, le collecteur de courant ayant des pores ou des trous de type à pénétration formés sur celui-ci, et la bouillie d'électrode comprenant un matériau actif d'électrode ; (ii) protéger les pores ou les trous sur une surface du collecteur de courant en faisant adhérer étroitement un film de protection à ladite surface ; (iii) fabriquer une électrode temporaire par revêtement de la bouillie d'électrode sur l'autre surface du collecteur de courant sur laquelle le film de protection n'est pas fixé, et la sécher d'emblée ; (iv) retirer le film de protection de l'électrode temporaire ; et (v) fabriquer une électrode par séchage secondaire de l'électrode temporaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차전지용 전극을 제조하는 방법으로서, (i) 관통형의 기공들 또는 구멍들이 형성되어 있는 집전체와, 전극 활물질을 포함하는 전극 슬러리를 각각 준비하는 과정; (ii) 집전체의 일면에 차폐용 필름을 밀착시켜 상기 일면에서 기공들 또는 구멍들을 차폐시키는 과정; (iii) 차폐용 필름이 부착되지 않은 집전체의 타면에 전극 슬러리를 코팅하고, 1차 건조하여 가전극을 제조하는 과정; (iv) 가전극으로부터 차폐용 필름을 제거하는 과정; 및 (v) 가전극을 2차 건조하여 전극을 제조하는 과정; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
