Abstract:
(EN) A viscous clutch according to the present invention, which is composed of a main body having a fluid storage chamber of a concave shape formed at a central portion thereof and a cover having a concave fluid operation chamber formed at a central portion thereof, comprises: a fan housing in which the main body is stacked on an upper side of the cover so that an opening of the fluid operation chamber can be covered; a drive shaft which extends in a vertical direction and has a lower end inserted through a bottom plate of the main body; a rotor fixedly coupled to the lower end of the drive shaft so as to be rotatable in the fluid operation chamber; a rotary assembly integrally coupled to the main body so as to cover an opening of the fluid storage chamber; a coil core mounted on an upper surface of the rotary assembly and generating an electromagnetic force when an electric current is applied from the outside; and a valve assembly for opening or closing a fluid outlet according to whether or not an electric current is applied to the coil core.
(FR) Un embrayage visqueux selon la présente invention, qui se compose d'un corps principal ayant une chambre de stockage de fluide de forme concave formée au niveau d'une partie centrale de celui-ci, et d’un couvercle ayant une chambre de travail de fluide concave formée au niveau d'une partie centrale de celui-ci, comprend : un carter de ventilateur dans lequel le corps principal est empilé sur un côté supérieur du couvercle de telle sorte qu'une ouverture de la chambre de travail de fluide puisse être recouverte ; un arbre d'entraînement qui s'étend dans une direction verticale et dont une extrémité inférieure est insérée à travers une plaque inférieure du corps principal ; un rotor accouplé de manière fixe à l'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre d'entraînement de manière à pouvoir tourner dans la chambre de travail du fluide ; un ensemble rotatif accouplé d'un seul tenant au corps principal de façon à recouvrir une ouverture de la chambre de stockage de fluide ; un noyau de bobine monté sur une surface supérieure de l'ensemble rotatif et générant une force électromagnétique lorsqu'un courant électrique est appliqué depuis l'extérieur ; et un ensemble soupape pour ouvrir ou fermer une sortie de fluide selon qu’un courant électrique est appliqué ou non au noyau de la bobine.
(KO) 본 발명에 의한 비스코스 클러치는, 오목한 형상의 유체저장실이 가운데 부위에 형성되는 본체와 오목한 형상의 유체작동실이 가운데 부위에 형성되는 커버로 구성되되 상기 유체작동실의 개구부가 덮이도록 상기 커버의 상측에 본체가 적층되는 팬하우징과, 상하방향으로 연장되되 하단이 상기 본체의 바닥판을 관통하도록 장착되는 구동축과, 상기 유체작동실 내에서 자전 가능하도록 상기 구동축의 하단에 고정 결합되는 로터와, 상기 유체저장실의 개구부를 덮도록 상기 본체에 일체로 결합되는 회전어셈블리와, 상기 회전어셈블리의 상면에 안착되어 외부로부터 전류 인가 시 전자기력을 발생시키는 코일코어와, 상기 코일코어로의 전류 인가 여부에 따라 유체배출구를 개폐시키는 밸브어셈블리를 포함하여 구성된다.
