Title: DEVICE FOR GENERATING STERILIZED WATER USING METAL IONS
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for generating sterilized water using metal ions, wherein supplied water can be discharged only after being converted into sterilized water through a sterilizing function caused by dissolution of metal ions regardless of the water supply condition, such as the amount of introduced water, water pressure, or the like; a plurality of contact parts for electric conductance of ionization members are formed for stable electric conductance with a power supply while being isolated from water so as to suppress emission of metal ions to the maximum extent and to prevent wear; and the contact parts are structured to make efficient and simultaneous contacts with the power supply similarly to a one touch type. The device for generating sterilized water using metal ions may comprise: a sterilizing tank having a barrier wall that divides the inner space thereof into an upper space and a lower space such that the upper space and the lower space communicate with each other, a water inlet being formed below the barrier wall, and a water outlet being formed above the barrier wall; a first ionization member installed in the lower space of the sterilizing tank, power being applied to the first ionization member such that a positive electrode and a negative electrode repeatedly undergo polarity switching at each preset time, the first ionization member having a metal ion emitting function; and a second ionization member installed in the lower space of the sterilizing tank, power being applied to the second ionization member such that a positive electrode and a negative electrode repeatedly undergo polarity switching at each preset time under the condition that polarity applied to the second ionization member is the opposite of that applied to the first ionization member, the second ionization member having a metal ion emitting function.
