(KO) 염소화 염화비닐계 수지의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for preparing chlorinated vinyl chloride resin, chlorinated vinyl chloride resin prepared by means of same, and chlorinated vinyl chloride resin compound comprising the resin. The method is characterized by a chlorination reaction occurring at a particular temperature and pressure condition and thus enables preparation of a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin compound showing long gelling time and reduced extrusion load and having enhanced physical properties and thermal stability after treatment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer une résine de chlorure de vinyle chlorée, une résine de chlorure de vinyle chlorée préparée par ledit procédé, et un composé de résine de chlorure de vinyle chlorée comprenant la résine. Le procédé est caractérisé par une réaction de chloration se produisant à des conditions de température et de pression spécifiques, ce qui permet de préparer un composé de résine de chlorure de vinyle chlorée présentant un long délai de gélification et une charge d'extrusion réduite et ayant des propriétés physiques et une stabilité thermique améliorées après traitement.
(KO) 본 발명은 특정 온도 및 압력 조건 하에서 염소화 반응이 이루어져, 긴 겔링 시간 및 감소된 압출 부하를 나타내면서 가공 후 물성이 향상되고 열안정성이 개선된 염소화 염화비닐계 수지 컴파운드를 제조할 수 있는 염소화 염화비닐계 수지의 제조 방법, 이에 의해 제조된 염소화 염화비닐계 수지 및 상기 수지를 포함하는 염소화 염화비닐계 수지 컴파운드를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
