Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a far infrared heating wire and the far infrared heating wire manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a heating wire having a predetermined resistance value and emitting far infrared rays when electricity is applied, and the heating wire manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a far infrared heating wire, according to an embodiment of the present invention, produces fine wires having a predetermined resistance value and emitting far infrared rays when electricity is applied, and then combines, into one bundle, multiple strands of fine wires such that the fine wires make contact with each other, so as to make one strand of heating wire.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un fil chauffant à infrarouge lointain et le fil chauffant à infrarouge lointain fabriqué par ce procédé et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de fabrication d'un fil chauffant ayant une valeur de résistance prédéterminée et émettant des rayons infrarouges lointains lorsque de l'électricité est appliquée, et le fil chauffant ainsi fabriqué. Le procédé de fabrication d'un fil chauffant à infrarouge lointain, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, produit des fils fins ayant une valeur de résistance prédéterminée et émettant des rayons infrarouges lointains lorsque de l'électricité est appliquée, et combine ensuite, en un faisceau, de multiples brins de fils fins de telle sorte que les fils fins entrent en contact les uns avec les autres, de manière à réaliser un brin de fil chauffant.
(KO) 본 발명은 원적외선 열선 제조방법 및 그 원적외선 열선에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 소정의 저항값을 갖고 전기를 흘려주면 원적외선이 방출되는 열선의 제조방법과 그 열선에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 원적외선 열선 제조방법은, 소정의 저항값을 갖고 전기를 흘려주면 원적외선이 방출되는 극세선을 만든 후, 상기 극세선 다수 가닥을 서로 접촉되게 합쳐서 하나의 번들이 되게 하여 한 가닥의 열선으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 한다.
