(KO) 광학 재료용 폴리티올 화합물의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) One embodiment relates to a method for preparing a polythiol compound for an optical material. According to the method for preparing a polythiol compound, according to the embodiment, a particular type of base is used in a hydrolysis process when preparing a polythiol compound, and the concentration of the base is adequately controlled, and thus a desired polythiol compound may be economically and efficiently prepared by performing a sufficient degree of hydrolysis within a short time. Thus, a polymerizable composition and an optical material obtained thereby exhibit excellent optical properties such as refractive index, color, etc., and thus may be usefully employed in manufacturing various plastic optical materials such as an eyeglass lens, camera lens, etc.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé polythiol pour un matériau optique. Selon le procédé de préparation d'un composé polythiol, selon le mode de réalisation, un type particulier de base est utilisé dans un procédé d'hydrolyse lors de la préparation d'un composé polythiol, et la concentration de la base est contrôlée de manière adéquate, et ainsi un composé polythiol souhaité peut être préparé de manière économique et efficace en réalisant un degré d'hydrolyse suffisant en un court laps de temps. Ainsi, une composition polymérisable et un matériau optique ainsi obtenu présentent d'excellentes propriétés optiques telles que l'indice de réfraction, la couleur, etc, et peut ainsi être utilement employé dans la fabrication de divers matériaux optiques en plastique tels qu'une lentille de lunettes, une lentille de caméra, etc.
(KO) 실시예는 광학 재료용 폴리티올 화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 실시예에 따른 폴리티올 화합물의 제조방법에 의하면, 폴리티올 화합물 제조 시 가수분해 공정에서 특정 종류의 염기를 사용하고, 상기 염기의 농도를 적절하게 제어함으로써, 짧은 시간 내에 충분한 가수분해를 수행하여 목적하는 폴리티올 화합물을 경제적이고 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다. 따라서, 이로부터 얻은 중합성 조성물 및 광학 재료는 굴절률, 색상 등의 광학 특성이 우수하므로, 안경렌즈, 카메라 렌즈 등 각종 플라스틱 광학재료의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
