(KO) 염화 리튬의 제조 방법 및 탄산 리튬의 제조 방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous lithium chloride solution and a method for preparing lithium carbonate, and provides a method for: producing a mixture by evenly mixing a lithium-containing phosphate and calcium chloride; heating the mixture at a high temperature of 450°C or above, thereby generating a product in which chloroapatite (CAp) and lithium chloride are mixed; adding water to the product, thereby obtaining slurry which is a mixture of the poorly water-soluble chloroapatite and the water-soluble lithium chloride; and then solid-liquid-separating the slurry, thereby obtaining chloroapatite and an aqueous lithium chloride solution. In addition, the present invention provides a method for preparing lithium carbonate by adding sodium carbonate to the aqueous lithium chloride solution. The present invention can provide a method for preparing lithium carbonate, in which the concentration of lithium in the aqueous solution is 10,000ppm or above.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une solution aqueuse de chlorure de lithium et un procédé de préparation de carbonate de lithium, et concerne un procédé pour: produire un mélange par mélange homogène d'un phosphate contenant du lithium et de chlorure de calcium; chauffer le mélange à une température élevée de 450 °C ou plus, générant ainsi un produit dans lequel de la chloroapatite (CAp) et du chlorure de lithium sont mélangés; ajouter de l'eau au produit, ce qui permet d'obtenir une suspension qui est un mélange de la chloroapatite peu soluble dans l'eau et du chlorure de lithium soluble dans l'eau; puis réaliser une séparation solide-liquide de la suspension, ce qui permet d'obtenir de la chloroapatite et une solution aqueuse de chlorure de lithium. De plus, la présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de carbonate de lithium par ajout de carbonate de sodium à la solution aqueuse de chlorure de lithium. La présente invention peut fournir un procédé de préparation de carbonate de lithium, dans lequel la concentration de lithium dans la solution aqueuse est de 10 000 ppm ou plus.
(KO) 본 발명은 염화 리튬 수용액의 제조 방법 및 탄산 리튬의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 리륨을 포함하는 인산염과, 염화 칼슘을 균일 혼합하여 혼합물을 만들고, 그 혼합물을 450 °C 이상 고온 가열하여, 클로로 아파타이트 (Chloroapatite)와 염화 리튬이 혼합된 생성물을 만든 후, 그 생성물에 물을 가하여 난용성 클로로 아파타이트 (Chloroapatite, CAp)와 수용성 염화 리튬의 혼합물인 슬러리을 얻으며, 슬러리를 고액 분리하여 클로로 아파타이트와 염화 리튬 수용액을 얻는 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 염화 리튬 수용액에 탄산 나트륨을 추가하여 탄산 리튬을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에서는 상기 수용액 내의 리튬의 농도가 10,000 ppm 이상인 것인 탄산 리튬의 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
