Abstract:
(EN) An electric shock protection device and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. The electric shock protection device comprises: a capacitor and a varistor element installed on a surface of a substrate and spaced from each other; an injection molded plastic material integrally injection molded on a surface of the substrate by injection around the capacitor and the varistor element; and a conductive connection portion coupled to an outside of the injection molded plastic material and connected to a human body contactable metal conductor of an electronic device, wherein the injection molded plastic material has a pore for discharging static electricity introduced through the conductive connection portion, the pore being connected electrically to the varistor element and formed to correspond to the conductive connection portion with a gap therebetween, and the capacitor is electrically connected to the conductive connection portion.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection contre les chocs électriques et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci. Le dispositif de protection contre les chocs électriques comprend : un condensateur et un élément varistor installés sur une surface d'un substrat et espacés l'un de l'autre; un matériau plastique moulé par injection qui est moulé par injection d'un seul tenant sur une surface du substrat par injection autour du condensateur et de l'élément varistor; et une partie de connexion conductrice couplée à l'extérieur du matériau plastique moulé par injection et connectée à un conducteur métallique d'un dispositif électronique, pouvant être mis en contact avec le corps humain, le matériau plastique moulé par injection ayant un pore pour décharger l'électricité statique introduite à travers la partie de connexion conductrice, le pore étant connecté électriquement à l'élément varistor et formé pour correspondre à la partie de connexion conductrice avec un espace entre eux, tandis que le condensateur est connecté électriquement à la partie de connexion conductrice.
(KO) 기판의 일면에 서로 이격되어 설치되는 커패시터와 바리스터 소자와, 기판의 일면에서 커패시터와 바리스터 소자 주변에 주입되어 일체로 사출 형성되는 플라스틱 사출물과, 플라스틱 사출물의 외측에 결합되어 전자기기의 인체 접촉 가능한 메탈 도체와 연결되는 도전성 연결부를 포함하며, 플라스틱 사출물에는 도전성 연결부를 통해 유입되는 정전기의 방전을 위한 공극이 바리스터 소자와 전기적으로 연결되고, 도전성 연결부와는 간극을 두고 대응되게 형성되고, 커패시터는 도전성 연결부와 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감전 방지장치 및 그 제조방법에 개시된다.
