Abstract:
(EN) A method and device for producing an artificial nail are disclosed. The present invention can provide a method for producing an artificial nail, comprising: a step of automatically recognizing nail information of a user by means of a 3D scanner (S100); a step of recognizing a nail decoration design of a 2D or 3D form which the user wants by means of a UV 3D printer (S200); a step in which the UV 3D printer, equipped with a device (100) capable of adjusting a Z axis, forms a decoration layer (220) corresponding to a curved surface of a nail shape of the user by using the nail decoration design recognized in step S200, on the basis of the nail information of the user recognized in step S100 (S300); a step in which the UV 3D printer forms an adhesive layer (240) to be attached with the decoration layer (220) produced in step S300 (S400); and a step of completely curing the decoration layer (220) and the adhesive layer (240) in a short time by subjecting same to heat treatment by using a UV lamp of the UV 3D printer, thereby printing an artificial nail in which the adhesive layer (240) is coupled to the bottom of the decoration layer (220) (S500). The present invention allows that, when printing, a frame of a nail shape is stored in a program and a desired design is printed just by one-time printing without an additional setting process by using various kinds of designs, and protects nail health by using an adhesion method preventing the coloration and peeling of a nail. An adhesive (300) is adhered by including not only PCL, but also hyaluronic acid, chitosan and so forth, thereby providing an artificial nail enabling beauty care and nail care at once.
(FR) Procédé et dispositif de production d'un ongle artificiel. La présente invention peut fournir un procédé de production d'un ongle artificiel, comprenant : une étape de reconnaissance automatique d'informations d'ongle d'un utilisateur au moyen d'un dispositif de balayage en 3D (S100) ; une étape de reconnaissance d'un dessin de décoration d'ongle d'une forme en 2D ou en 3D que l'utilisateur souhaite au moyen d'une imprimante en 3D à UV (S200) ; une étape dans laquelle l'imprimante en 3D à UV, équipée d'un dispositif (100) pouvant régler un axe Z, forme une couche de décoration (220) correspondant à une surface incurvée d'une forme d'ongle de l'utilisateur à l'aide du dessin de décoration d'ongle reconnu à l'étape S200, sur la base des informations d'ongle de l'utilisateur reconnues à l'étape S100 (S300) ; une étape dans laquelle l'imprimante en 3D à UV forme une couche adhésive (240) à fixer à la couche de décoration (220) produite à l'étape S300 (S400) ; et une étape de durcissement complet de la couche de décoration (220) et de la couche adhésive (240) en peu de temps en les soumettant à un traitement thermique à l'aide d'une lampe à UV de l'imprimante en 3D à UV, ce qui permet d'imprimer un ongle artificiel dans lequel la couche adhésive (240) est accouplée au fond de la couche de décoration (220) (S500). La présente invention permet que, lors de l'impression, un cadre d'une forme d'ongle est stocké dans un programme et un dessin souhaité est imprimé uniquement par impression en une seule fois sans processus de réglage supplémentaire à l'aide de divers types de dessins, et protège la santé de l'ongle en utilisant un procédé d'adhérence empêchant la coloration et le décollement d'un ongle. Un adhésif (300) est collé en incluant non seulement du PCL, mais également de l'acide hyaluronique, du chitosane et ainsi de suite, ce qui permet d'obtenir un ongle artificiel permettant un soin de beauté et un soin des ongles tout de suite.
(KO) 인조손톱 제조방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 3D 스캐너로 사용자의 네일 정보를 자동으로 인식하는 단계(S100), 사용자가 원하는 2D 또는 3D 형태의 네일 장식디자인을 UV 3D 프린터로 인식하는 단계(S200), Z축을 조절할 수 있는 장치(100)를 구비하는 상기 UV 3D 프린터는, 상기 S100 단계에서 인식한 사용자의 네일 정보를 기초로, 상기 S200 단계에서 인식한 네일 장식디자인으로 사용자의 손톱형태의 곡면에 맞는 장식층(220)을 형성하는 단계(S300), 상기 UV 3D 프린터에서 상기 S300단계에서 제작한 장식층(220)과 부착하기 위한 접합층(240)을 형성하는 단계(S400), 상기 UV 3D 프린터의 UV램프로 상기 장식층(220)과 접합층(240)에 열처리를 가하여 단시간에 완전히 경화시킴으로써, 장식층(220) 하부에 접합층(240)이 결합된 인조손톱을 인쇄하는 단계(S500)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조손톱 제조방법을 제공할 수 있게 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 프린팅시에 프로그램내에 네일 모양의 틀을 저장시켜놓고, 원하는 디자인을 추가의 세팅 과정없이 1회 프린팅 시 여러 종류의 디자인을 프린팅 할 수 있게 하고, 손톱의 착색과 손톱박리를 방지하는 접착 방식을 사용하여 손톱의 건강을 보호한다. 접착제(300)에는 PCL 뿐만 아니라 히알루론산과 키토산 등을 포함시켜 접착하는바 미용과 손톱관리가 동시에 가능한 인조손톱을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
