Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for inspecting the attachment position of window glass, capable of automatically inspecting through a camera whether window glass is correctly attached on a panel. The device for inspecting the attached position of window glass, according to the present invention, comprises: a lighting (100) for emitting light at an edge forming an adhering part border of window glass (2) and a front panel (1); a camera (200) for photographing the edge forming the adhering part border of the window glass and the front panel; and a reading unit for calculating, from the captured image, the distance between an edge line of a window film attached to the lower surface of the window glass and an edge line of a black matrix forming the edge of the front panel.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'inspection de la position de fixation d'un verre de fenêtre, pouvant inspecter automatiquement à travers une caméra si le verre de fenêtre est correctement fixé sur un panneau. Le dispositif d'inspection de la position fixée d'un verre de fenêtre, selon la présente invention, comprend : un éclairage (100) afin d'émettre de la lumière au niveau d'un bord formant un bord de partie adhésive de verre de fenêtre (2) et un panneau avant (1) ; un appareil de prise de vues (200) qui photographie le bord formant le bord de partie adhésive du verre de fenêtre et du panneau avant ; une unité de lecture qui calcule, à partir de l'image capturée, la distance entre une ligne de bord d'un film de fenêtre fixé à la surface inférieure du verre de fenêtre et une ligne de bord d'une matrice noire formant le bord du panneau avant.
(KO) 본 발명은 윈도우 글래스가 패널 상에 올바르게 부착되었는지를 카메라를 통해 자동으로 검사할 수 있도록 된 윈도우 글래스의 부착 위치 검사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 본 발명의 윈도우 글래스의 부착 위치 검사장치는 윈도우 글래스(2)와 전면 패널(1)의 접착부위 경계를 이루는 테두리에 빛을 조사하는 조명(100)과, 윈도우 글래스와 전면 패널의 접착부위 경계를 이루는 테두리를 촬영하는 카메라(200)와, 촬영된 영상로부터 윈도우 글래스의 저면에 부착된 윈도우 필름의 테두리 라인과 전면 패널의 테두리를 이루는 블랙매트릭스의 테두리 라인 사이의 거리를 산출하는 판독부를를 포함하여 구성된다.
