Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for efficiently producing uniform microparticles of curcumin and/or γ-oryzanol at a higher yield. The target microparticles are produced by dissolving a starting material in a solvent to give a starting material solution and then subjecting the starting material solution to crystallization by a poor solvent method to thereby deposit the starting material. To prepare the starting material solution, curcumin and/or γ-oryzanol are used as the starting material(s) and ethanol is used as the solvent. The starting material(s) and the solvent are stirred in a pressurized state at a temperature of 78.3-130°C inclusive to give the starting material solution. Then, the starting material solution thus obtained is subjected to crystallization by the poor solvent method and thus the target microparticles are produced.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de production efficace de microparticules uniformes de curcumine et/ou de γ-oryzanol à un rendement plus élevé. Les microparticules cibles sont produites par dissolution d'un matériau de départ dans un solvant pour donner une solution de matière de départ, puis soumission de la solution de matière de départ à une cristallisation par un procédé de solvant médiocre pour déposer ainsi le matériau de départ. Pour préparer la solution de matière de départ, on utilise de la curcumine et/ou de γ-oryzanol en tant que matière(s) de départ et on utilise de l'éthanol en tant que solvant. Le matériau(x) de départ et le solvant sont agités dans un état pressurisé à une température de 78,3-130 °C inclus pour donner la solution de matière de départ. Ensuite, la solution de matière de départ ainsi obtenue est soumise à une cristallisation par le procédé de solvant médiocre et ainsi les microparticules cibles sont produites.
(JA) より高収率で効率よく均一なクルクミン又はγ-オリザノールの微粒子を製造する方法を提供することを課題とする。 原料物質を溶媒に溶解させた原料溶液を作製し、上記原料溶液を用いて貧溶媒法での晶析操作を行うことにより上記原料物質を析出させて目的の微粒子を製造する。上記原料溶液の作製に際して、上記原料物質としてクルクミンとγ-オリザノールとの少なくともいずれか一方を用い、上記溶媒としてエタノールを用い、加圧状態かつ78.3℃以上130℃以下の温度条件下で撹拌操作を行い、原料溶液を得る。得られた原料溶液を用いて貧溶媒法での晶析操作を行い目的の微粒子を製造する。
