Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a protein purification method which can reduce impurities significantly compared with conventional protein purification methods using activated carbon and can achieve a high collection rate. The present invention relates to a protein purification method using activated carbon, said method comprising bringing an activated carbon pretreatment solution prepared by adjusting the electrical conductivity of an aqueous solution conaining a protein into contact with activated carbon to separate the protein from impurities in a non-adsorbed mode, thereby producing the desired protein reduced in the content of the impurities.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de purification de protéines qui peut réduire les impuretés de manière significative par comparaison avec des procédés de purification de protéines classiques utilisant du charbon actif et peut atteindre un taux de collecte élevé. La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification de protéines utilisant du charbon actif, ledit procédé comprenant la mise en contact d'une solution de prétraitement de charbon actif préparée par ajustement de la conductivité électrique d'une solution aqueuse contenant une protéine en contact avec du charbon actif pour séparer la protéine des impuretés dans un mode non adsorbé, ce qui permet de produire la protéine souhaitée réduite dans la teneur en impuretés.
(JA) 本発明は、従来の活性炭を用いた蛋白質の精製方法に比べて顕著に不純物を低減することが出来、且つ高回収率を達成する蛋白質の精製方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、活性炭を用いた蛋白質の精製方法であって、蛋白質含有水溶液の導電率を調整して得られる活性炭前処理液を活性炭に接触させ、非吸着モードで蛋白質と不純物とを分離し、不純物含量が低下した目的の蛋白質を取得する精製方法に関する。
