Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides magnetic composite particles that can be separated from a sample solution in a short period of time by using magnetism, and that exhibits excellent dispersion stability with respect to the sample solution. Provided are magnetic composite particles in each of which an outer shell is formed on the surface of a nuclear particle comprising an inorganic oxide or a polymer, wherein: the outer shell comprises magnetic nanoparticles and a silicon compound; and the magnetic composite particles have a volume average particle diameter (dTEM) of 30-210 nm as measured by means of a transmission electron microscope, while the ratio ((dDLS)/(dTEM)) between the particle diameter (dDLS) of the particles as measured by a dynamic light-scattering method and the volume average particle diameter (dTEM) is at most 2.0.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des particules composites magnétiques qui peuvent être séparées d'une solution d'échantillon en une courte période de temps par magnétisme, et qui présentent une excellente stabilité de dispersion par rapport à la solution d'échantillon. L'invention concerne des particules composites magnétiques dans chacune desquelles une enveloppe externe est formée sur la surface d'une particule nucléaire comprenant un oxyde inorganique ou un polymère : la coque externe comprenant des nanoparticules magnétiques et un composé de silicium ; et les particules composites magnétiques ayant un diamètre de particule moyen en volume (dTEM) de 30 à 210 nm tel que mesuré au moyen d'un microscope électronique à transmission, tandis que le rapport ((dDLS)/(dTEM)) entre le diamètre de particule (dDLS) des particules tel que mesuré par un procédé de diffusion de lumière dynamique et le diamètre de particule moyen en volume (dTEM) est d'au plus 2,0.
(JA) 磁気を用いることで試料液から短時間で分離でき、さらに、試料液に対する分散安定性に優れた磁性体複合粒子を提供する。無機酸化物またはポリマーを含む核粒子の表面に外殻が形成されている磁性体複合粒子であって、前記外殻には、磁性ナノ粒子とケイ素化合物とが含有され、透過型電子顕微鏡により測定される前記磁性体複合粒子の体積平均粒子径(dTEM)の値が30nm以上210nm以下であり、動的光散乱法により測定される前記粒子の粒子径(dDLS)の値と前記体積平均粒子径(dTEM)の値との比である(dDLS)/(dTEM)の値が2.0以下である磁性体複合粒子を提供する。
