Abstract:
(EN) This bleeding conduit assembly 100, used attached to the heart to guide blood inside the heart from the heart to an auxiliary artificial heart pump, comprises a bleeding conduit 110 formed from a porous material and a cuff 120 attached to one end of the bleeding conduit 110, with a first gas-impermeable material layer 112 formed on the outer periphery of the artificial blood vessel 110. By means of this bleeding conduit assembly 100, it is possible to resolve at least one of three problems that occurred due to the presence of an inflow cannula in conventional bleeding conduit assemblies.
(FR) Cet ensemble conduit de purge 100 destiné à être utilisé attaché au cœur pour guider le sang à l'intérieur du cœur depuis le cœur jusqu'à une pompe cardiaque artificielle auxiliaire comprenant un conduit de purge 110 formé à partir d'un matériau poreux et un manchon 120 fixé à une extrémité du conduit de purge 110, avec une première couche de matériau imperméable aux gaz 112 formée sur la périphérie externe du vaisseau sanguin artificiel 110. Au moyen de cet ensemble conduit de purge 100, il est possible de résoudre au moins l'un de trois problèmes qui se sont produits en raison de la présence d'une canule d'entrée dans des ensembles conduits de purge classiques.
(JA) 心臓に装着して前記心臓内の血液を前記心臓から補助人工心臓ポンプに導くために用いる脱血導管アセンブリであって、多孔性素材からなる脱血導管１１０と、脱血導管１１０の一方の端部に取り付けられたカフ１２０とからなり、脱血導管１１０の外周面には第１の気体不透過性素材層１１２が形成されている脱血導管アセンブリ１００。　本発明の脱血導管アセンブリ１００によれば、従来の脱血導管アセンブリにおいてインフローカニューレが存在することに起因して発生していた３つの課題のうち少なくともいずれかの課題を解決することが可能となる。
