Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a composite that is highly practical as a contrast medium. The composite comprises nano-size magnetic particles composed of iron oxide coated with a dextran derivative and annexin V, which is a protein, bonded to the magnetic particles. This composite can be used as a contrast medium in diagnostic imaging such as MRI. The overall diameter of the composite are within the range of 20-60 nm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composite qui est extrêmement pratique en tant que milieu de contraste. Le composite comprend des particules magnétiques de taille nanométrique composées d'un oxyde de fer revêtu d'un dérivé de dextrane ainsi que de l'annexine V, laquelle est une protéine, liée aux particules magnétiques. Ce composite peut être utilisé comme milieu de contraste pour l'imagerie diagnostique telle que l'IRM. Le diamètre global du composite se situe dans la plage comprise entre 20 et 60 nm.
