(EN)Provided are an endoscope and an endoscope system with which it is possible to prevent the occurrence of luminance differences in an image irrespective of the type of processor that is connected. An endoscope 2 is provided with: an image capturing element 202; a timing control unit 511 which, on the basis of a first vertical synchronization signal input from the outside, generates a second vertical synchronization signal for controlling the timing at which a read-out unit 202b reads out an electrical signal; and an imaging control unit 21 which causes the read-out unit 202b to sequentially read out the electrical signal, on the basis of the second vertical synchronization signal.
(FR)L'invention concerne un endoscope et un système d'endoscope avec lesquels il est possible d'empêcher l'apparition de différences de luminance dans une image indépendamment du type de processeur qui est connecté. Un endoscope 2 comprend : un élément de capture d'image 202; une unité de commande de synchronisation 511 qui, sur la base d'un premier signal de synchronisation (signal d'horloge) verticale entré depuis l'extérieur, génère un second signal d'horloge verticale pour commander l’instant auquel une unité de lecture 202b lit un signal électrique; et une unité de commande d'imagerie 21 qui amène l'unité de lecture 202b à lire séquentiellement le signal électrique, sur la base du second signal de synchronisation verticale.
