Abstract:
(EN) The present invention makes the metering chamber of a metering valve of an aerosol container larger and makes it possible to dispense the contents of the metering chamber to the outside more completely. An aerosol metering valve is made of a housing 11, a valve stem 12, a suction tube 17 provided at the lower end of the housing 11, a metering chamber 15 provided inside the housing 11, and a coil spring 13 for constantly biasing the valve stem 12 upward. When the valve stem 12 is pressed down, the content flow channel is closed and a constant volume of the contents retained in the metering chamber 15 during non-use is sprayed. The metering chamber 15 is disposed below the biasing member 13 and is formed in a roughly cylindrical shape with an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of the housing 11. Additionally, the metering chamber 15 is made of an inner metering chamber 15i and an outer metering chamber 15j. The two metering chambers 15i and 15j are in communication at the lower edge of a ring-shaped partition wall 15k that partitions the inner metering chamber 15i from the outer metering chamber 15j.
(FR) La présente invention augmente la taille de la chambre de dosage d'une valve doseuse d'un contenant d'aérosol et permet de distribuer plus complètement le contenu de la chambre de dosage vers l'extérieur. Une valve doseuse d'aérosol est constituée d'un logement (11), d'une tige de valve (12), d'un tube d'aspiration (17) disposé à l'extrémité inférieure du logement (11), d'une chambre de dosage (15) disposée à l'intérieur du logement (11), et d'un ressort hélicoïdal (13) pour solliciter constamment la tige de valve (12) vers le haut. Lorsque la tige de valve (12) est pressée vers le bas, le canal d'écoulement de contenu est fermé et un volume constant du contenu retenu dans la chambre de dosage (15) pendant la non-utilisation est pulvérisé. La chambre de dosage (15) est disposée sous l'élément de sollicitation (13) et prend une forme grossièrement cylindrique avec un diamètre externe supérieur au diamètre externe du logement (11). En outre, la chambre de dosage (15) est constituée d'une chambre de dosage interne (15i) et d'une chambre de dosage externe (15j). Les deux chambres de dosage (15i) et (15j) sont en communication au niveau du bord inférieur d'une paroi de séparation annulaire (15k) qui sépare la chambre de dosage interne (15i) de la chambre de dosage externe (15j).
