(JA) ナノ結晶の製造方法、及び鋼の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) A nanocrystal production method comprising a light irradiation step in which a surface of a metal material immersed in water is irradiated with light, thereby forming nanocrystals on the surface, said metal material containing iron. The nanocrystals include at least one species among iron oxides and iron hydroxides, and the wavelength at maximum intensity in the spectrum of the light ranges from 360 nm to less than 620 nm.
(FR) Un procédé de production de nanocristaux comprend une étape d'irradiation lumineuse dans laquelle une surface d'un matériau métallique immergé dans de l'eau est irradiée avec de la lumière, formant ainsi des nanocristaux sur la surface, ledit matériau métallique contenant du fer. Les nanocristaux comprennent au moins une espèce parmi les oxydes de fer et les hydroxydes de fer, et la longueur d'onde à une intensité maximale dans le spectre de la lumière est comprise entre 360 nm et moins de 620 nm.
(JA) ナノ結晶の製造方法は、水中に浸された金属材料の表面に光を照射して、ナノ結晶を上記表面上に形成する光照射工程を備え、金属材料が、鉄を含み、ナノ結晶が、鉄酸化物及び鉄水酸化物のうち少なくともいずれか一種を含み、光のスペクトルにおいて、強度が最大である波長が360nm以上620nm未満である。
