Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molding, with which a highly accurate three-dimensional molding can be provided, one embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molding by repeatedly and alternately laminating a powder layer and a solidified layer through: (i) a step for forming a solidified layer by irradiating a prescribed location of the powder layer with a light beam so as to sinter or melt and solidify the powder at the prescribed location; and (ii) a step for forming a new powder layer on the obtained solidified layer, and further forming a solidified layer by irradiating the prescribed location of the new powder layer with a light beam. The method further includes monitoring the external appearance characteristics of spots to be irradiated with a light beam during the formation of the solidified layers.
(FR) Afin de fournir un procédé de fabrication d'un moulage tridimensionnel, avec lequel un moulage tridimensionnel très précis peut être fourni, un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un moulage tridimensionnel par la stratification répétée et alternée d'une couche de poudre et d'une couche solidifiée par le biais de : (i) une étape pour former une couche solidifiée par l'exposition d'un emplacement prescrit de la couche de poudre à un faisceau de lumière de façon à fritter ou à faire fondre et solidifier la poudre à l'emplacement prescrit; et (ii) une étape pour former une nouvelle couche de poudre sur la couche solidifiée obtenue, et former en outre une couche solidifiée par l'exposition de l'emplacement prescrit de la nouvelle couche de poudre à un faisceau de lumière. Le procédé consiste en outre à surveiller les caractéristiques d'aspect externe de points à exposer à un faisceau de lumière pendant la formation des couches solidifiées.
(JA) より高精度な三次元形状造形物を得ることが可能な三次元形状造形物の製造方法を提供するために、本発明の一実施形態では、(i)粉末層の所定箇所に光ビームを照射して所定箇所の粉末を焼結又は溶融固化させて固化層を形成する工程、および(ii)得られた固化層の上に新たな粉末層を形成し、新たな粉末層の所定箇所に光ビームを照射して更なる固化層を形成する工程により粉末層および固化層を交互に繰り返して積層させることで三次元形状造形物を製造する方法であって、固化層の形成時において、光ビームが照射される被照射スポットの外観性状をモニタリングすることを更に含む、三次元形状造形物の製造方法が提供される。
