Abstract:
(EN) This vehicular post-treatment system capable of reducing fuel consumption is provided with: a filter which is provided in an exhaust system connected to an exhaust valve that opens and closes an exhaust port provided on a cylinder and which captures particulate matter contained in an exhaust air discharged through the exhaust port; a variable valve mechanism which adjusts an open period of the exhaust valve between a maximum advance angle open period and a maximum retard angle open period; a temperature detection unit which detects the exhaust temperature in the exhaust system; a first temperature calculation unit which calculates a first temperature, which is the exhaust temperature when the open period of the exhaust valve is adjusted to the maximum advance angle open period; and a control unit which determines, when the detected exhaust temperature is lower than the combustion temperature of the particulate matter, whether or not the first temperature is equal to or higher than the combustion temperature, and when the first temperature is equal to or higher than the combustion temperature, controls the variable valve mechanism so that the open period of the exhaust valve is adjusted to the maximum advance angle open period.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de post-traitement pour véhicule capable de réduire la consommation de carburant. Le systéme comprend: un filtre qui est disposé dans un système d'échappement relié à une soupape d'échappement qui ouvre et ferme un orifice d'échappement disposé sur un cylindre et qui capture une matière particulaire contenue dans l'air d'échappement évacué par l'orifice d'échappement; un mécanisme de soupape variable qui règle une période d'ouverture de la soupape d'échappement entre une période d'ouverture d'angle d'avance maximale et une période d'ouverture d'angle de retard maximale; une unité de détection de température qui détecte la température d'échappement dans le système d'échappement; une première unité de calcul de température qui calcule une première température, qui est la température d'échappement lorsque la période d'ouverture de la soupape d'échappement est réglée à la période d'ouverture d'angle d'avance maximale; et une unité de commande qui détermine, lorsque la température d'échappement détectée est inférieure à la température de combustion de la matière particulaire, si la première température est égale ou supérieure à la température de combustion, et lorsque la première température est égale ou supérieure à la température de combustion, commande le mécanisme de soupape variable de telle sorte que la période d'ouverture de la soupape d'échappement est réglée à la période d'ouverture d'angle d'avance maximale.
(JA) 燃費低減を実現することが可能な車両用の後処理システムは、気筒に設けられた排気口を開閉する排気弁に通じる排気系に設けられ、排気口から排出された排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルターと、排気弁の開時期を最大進角開時期と最大遅角開時期との間で調整する可変動弁機構と、排気系における排気温度を検出する温度検出部と、排気弁の開時期が最大進角開時期に調整された場合における排気温度としての第1温度を算出する第1温度算出部と、検出された排気温度が粒子状物質の燃焼温度未満である場合に、第1温度が燃焼温度以上であるか否かを判断し、第1温度が燃焼温度以上であるときに、排気弁の開時期を最大進角開時期に調整させるように可変動弁機構を制御する制御部と、を備える。
