Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a bottomed cylindrical stator (2) that accommodates an armature (12) secured to a rotary shaft (11). This stator is equipped with a bottomed cylindrical main yoke (21), a belt-like auxiliary yoke (22) arranged on the outer circumferential wall surface or the inner circumferential wall surface of this main yoke, and field magnets (23) arranged in the interior of the main yoke. The auxiliary yoke is arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall surface or the inner circumferential wall surface of the main yoke. One end of the auxiliary yoke has formed thereon at least one protrusion (22B), and the other end of the auxiliary yoke has formed thereon at least one recess (22C) that opposes the protrusion in the circumferential direction and engages the protrusion, at the inner circumferential wall surface or the outer circumferential wall surface of the main yoke. Thus, when the auxiliary yoke is attached to the main yoke the effect of this attachment on the main yoke can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un stator cylindrique à fond (2) qui reçoit un induit (12) fixé à un arbre rotatif (11). Ce stator est équipé d'une culasse principale cylindrique à fond (21), d'une culasse auxiliaire de type courroie (22) disposée sur la surface de paroi circonférentielle externe ou la surface de paroi circonférentielle interne de la culasse principale, et des aimants de champ (23) disposés à l'intérieur de la culasse principale. La culasse auxiliaire est disposée le long de la direction circonférentielle de la surface de paroi circonférentielle externe ou de la surface de paroi circonférentielle interne de la culasse principale. Une extrémité de la culasse auxiliaire a formé sur cette dernière au moins une saillie (22B), et l'autre extrémité de la culasse auxiliaire a formé sur cette dernière au moins un renfoncement (22C) qui s'oppose à la saillie dans la direction circonférentielle et vient en prise avec la saillie, au niveau de la surface de paroi circonférentielle interne ou de la surface de paroi circonférentielle externe de la culasse principale. Ainsi, lorsque la culasse auxiliaire est fixée à la culasse principale, l'effet de cette fixation sur la culasse principale peut être réduit.
