Abstract:
(EN) This technology relates to an image sensor and an electronic device that enable suppression of power consumption. A reference signal output unit that outputs a reference signal the level of which changes comprises: a plurality of DACs each including a plurality of current sources, and a plurality of switches for controlling currents passed by the current sources; and a load resistance for outputting the reference signal. Further, the reference signal output unit is connected to three or more power sources, and among combinations of two power sources out of the three or more power sources, each of two or more combinations of the power sources has a first path over which a current controlled by the switch flows, and a second path over which a current in the same direction flows through the load resistance. This technology is applicable, for example, to an image sensor that performs reference signal comparison-type AD conversion.
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur d'image et un dispositif électronique permettant la suppression d'une consommation d'énergie. Une unité d'émission de signal de référence qui émet un signal de référence dont le niveau varie comprend : une pluralité de DAC comprenant chacun une pluralité de sources de courant et une pluralité de commutateurs permettant de commander des courants passés par les sources de courant; et une résistance de charge permettant d'émettre le signal de référence. En outre, l'unité d'émission de signal de référence est connectée à au moins trois sources d'alimentation et parmi des combinaisons de deux sources d'alimentation dans lesdites sources d'alimentation, chacune desdites combinaisons des sources d'alimentation possède un premier trajet sur lequel un courant commandé par le commutateur circule et un second trajet sur lequel un courant circule dans la même direction à travers la résistance de charge. L'invention peut être appliquée, par exemple, à un capteur d'image effectuant une conversion analogique-numérique de type comparaison de signal de référence.
(JA) 本技術は、消費電力を抑制することができるようにするイメージセンサ、及び、電子機器に関する。 レベルが変化する参照信号を出力する参照信号出力部は、複数の電流源と、電流源が流す電流を制御する複数のスイッチとを含む複数のDACと、参照信号を出力するための負荷抵抗とを有する。さらに、参照信号出力部は、3個以上の電源に接続され、3個以上の電源のうちの2個の電源の組み合わせの中で、2通り以上の電源の組み合わせそれぞれは、スイッチで制御された電流が流れる第1経路と、負荷抵抗に同一方向の電流を流す第2経路とを有する。本技術は、例えば、参照信号比較型のAD変換を行うイメージセンサ等に適用することができる。
