Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a thermal fusion-type presensitized plate comprising a support and an image recording layer, wherein: the image recording layer can form an image by infrared laser exposure; an unexposed section of the image recording layer can be removed on a printer by at least either of dampening water and a printing ink; and the image recording layer contains (1) a color development system in which the hue variation generated by the infrared laser exposure is Δa/Δb ≥ 0.6, and (2) a thermoplastic polymer particle at 70 mass % or more of the solid content of the image recording layer. The presensitized plate has excellent visibility, ablation in laser exposure is suppressed, and contamination of the dampening water and the printing ink in on-press development is suppressed. Also provided is a plate-making method using said presensitized plate.
(FR) Plaque pré-sensibilisée de type à fusion thermique comprenant un support et une couche d'enregistrement d'image : la couche d'enregistrement d'image peu former une image par exposition au laser infrarouge ; une section non exposée de la couche d'enregistrement d'image peut être retirée sur une imprimante par au moins l'une ou l'autre parmi de l'eau d'humidification et une encre d'impression ; et la couche d'enregistrement d'image contient (1) un système de développement de couleur dans lequel la variation de teinte produite par l'exposition à laser infrarouge est Δa/Δb ≥ 0,6, et (2) une particule de polymère thermoplastique à 70 % en masse ou plus de la teneur en solide de la couche d'enregistrement d'image. La plaque pré-sensibilisée présente une excellente visibilité, l'ablation lors de l'exposition au laser est supprimée, et la contamination de l'eau d'humidification et de l'encre d'impression lors du développement sur presse est supprimée. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de plaque utilisant ladite plaque pré-sensibilisée.
(JA) 支持体と画像記録層を有する平版印刷版原版であって、上記画像記録層は赤外線レーザー露光によって画像形成可能であり、上記画像記録層の未露光部は印刷機上で湿し水及び印刷インキの少なくともいずれかにより除去可能であり、上記画像記録層が、(1)赤外線レーザー露光によって生じる色相変化がΔa/Δb≧0.6である発色系、及び、(2)熱可塑性ポリマー粒子を上記画像記録層の固形分の70質量%以上含有する平版印刷版原版により、視認性に優れ、かつ、レーザー露光においてアブレーションが抑制され、機上現像において湿し水や印刷インキの汚染が抑制された熱融着型の平版印刷版原版、及び、それを用いる製版方法を提供する。
