Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a method for producing coke for ironmaking, the coke having a representative strength of 2.5 MPa or higher, and the method including dry-distilling of raw material coal and a caking additive at a temperature of 800°C or lower. The representative strength is the crushing strength at which the cumulative fracture probability is 63.2% in a crushing strength test performed on six or more pieces of coke cut into a cylindrical shape having a diameter of 21 mm ± 2% and a height of 13 mm ± 2%. The present invention makes it possible to provide a method for producing high-strength coke at low cost, coke having a high hydrogen atom content obtained by said method, and a method for producing pig iron in which it is possible to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de coke pour la fabrication du fer, le coke ayant une résistance représentative de 2,5 MPa ou plus, et le procédé comprenant la distillation sèche de charbon de matière première et d'un additif d'agglomération à une température de 800 °C ou moins. La résistance représentative est la force d'écrasement à laquelle la probabilité de rupture cumulative est de 63,2 % dans un test de résistance à l'écrasement réalisé sur six pièces ou plus de coke coupé en une forme cylindrique ayant un diamètre de 21 mm ± 2 % et une hauteur de 13 mm ± 2 %. La présente invention permet de fournir un procédé de production de coke à haute résistance et à faible coût, le coke ayant un contenu en atomes d'hydrogène élevé obtenu par ledit procédé, et un procédé de production de fonte brute dans lequel il est possible de réduire la quantité de dioxyde de carbone.
(JA) 本発明は、原料炭と粘結材とを温度800℃以下で乾留する代表強度が2.5MPa以上の製鉄用コ-クスの製造方法に関する。ただし、前記代表強度は、直径21mm±2%、高さ13mm±2%の円筒形に切り出したコークス片6個以上に対する圧壊強度試験において累積破壊確率63.2%となる圧壊強度である。本発明によれば、低コストで高強度を有するコークスの製造方法、及び該製造方法で得られた水素原子含有量の多いコークス、並びに二酸化炭素量を削減し得る銑鉄の製造方法を提供することができる。
