Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a catalyst comprises: a preparation step for preparing a precursor slurry containing molybdenum, bismuth, iron, silica, and a carboxylic acid; a drying step for spray-drying the precursor slurry to obtain dried particles; and a firing step for firing the dried particles, wherein the preparation step includes: a step (I) for mixing a silica raw material and a carboxylic acid to prepare a silica-carboxylic acid mixed solution; and a step (II) for mixing the silica-carboxylic acid mixed solution, molybdenum, bismuth, and iron.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de production d'un catalyseur, lequel procédé comporte: une étape de préparation d’une boue de précurseur contenant du molybdène, du bismuth, du fer, du silice et de l’acide carboxylique; une étape de séchage permettant d’obtenir de particules séchées par séchage par atomisation de la boue de précurseur; et une étape de calcination destinée à calciner les particules séchées. L’étape de préparation d'une boue de précurseur comporte une étape (I) de préparation d’un mélange liquide de silice et d’acide carboxylique par mélange de la matière première de silice et de l’acide carboxilique, et une étape (II) de mélange du mélange liquide de silice et d’acide carboxylique avec du molybdène, du bismuth et du fer.
