(EN)There had been a problem in which a repulsive electromagnetic force between positive and negative bus bars would damage chips or a power module, leading to an arc being generated, which would further spread the damage. Thus, the present invention is configured so that the positive and negative bus bars (2, 3) connecting two devices form a one-turn loop current path (29), thereby suppressing the repulsive electromagnetic force generated between the bus bars, and reducing the possibility of arc generation in the power module.
(FR)Il existe un problème selon lequel une force électromagnétique répulsive entre les barres omnibus positive et négative endommagerait des puces ou un module de puissance, conduisant à la génération d’un arc, ce qui propagerait encore les dégâts. Ainsi, la présente invention est conçue de sorte que les barres omnibus positive et négative (2, 3) connectant deux dispositifs forment un chemin de courant en boucle à un tour (29), supprimant ainsi la force électromagnétique répulsive générée entre les barres omnibus, et réduisant la possibilité de génération d’arc dans le module de puissance.
