Abstract:
(EN) A diagnosis device 400 is configured such that the diagnosis device can be attached to and detached from a conveyor belt 102 that transfers a test tube 301. The diagnosis device is provided with: attachments 901, 1001 for fixing a housing 401 to the conveyor belt 102 in a state wherein the housing is not in contact with a transfer belt 103; a first light source 403, a second light source 405, a third light source 407, a first CCD camera 402, a second CCD camera 404, and a third CCD camera 406, which detect the state of the transfer belt 103; and a data processing unit 409, which stores output data of the cameras 402, 404, 406, processes the output data, and detects whether the transfer belt 103 is deteriorated. Consequently, provided is the diagnosis device capable of easily and accurately confirming the state of the transfer belt that transfers the test tube.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un dispositif de diagnostic (400) est configuré de telle sorte que le dispositif de diagnostic puisse être fixé amovible à une bande transporteuse (102) qui transfère un tube de test (301). Le dispositif de diagnostic comprend : des accessoires (901, 1001) servant à fixer un boîtier (401) à la bande transporteuse (102) dans un état dans lequel le boîtier n'est pas en contact avec une bande de transfert (103) ; une première source lumineuse (403), une deuxième source lumineuse (405), une troisième source lumineuse (407), une première caméra CCD (402), une deuxième caméra CCD (404), et une troisième caméra CCD (406), qui détectent l'état de la bande de transfert (103) ; et une unité de traitement de données (409), qui stocke des données de sortie des caméras (402, 404 et 406), traite les données de sortie, et détecte si la bande de transfert (103) est détériorée. Par conséquent, l'invention concerne le dispositif de diagnostic apte à confirmer facilement et avec précision l'état de la bande de transfert qui transfère le tube de test.
(JA) 診断デバイス４００は、試験管３０１を搬送するベルトコンベア１０２に対して着脱可能に構成されており、筐体４０１を搬送ベルト１０３に対して非接触状態でベルトコンベア１０２に固定するためのアタッチメント９０１，１００１と、搬送ベルト１０３の状態を検出する第一光源４０３，第二光源４０５，第三光源４０７および第一ＣＣＤカメラ４０２，第二ＣＣＤカメラ４０４，第三ＣＣＤカメラ４０６と、各カメラ４０２，４０４，４０６の出力データを記憶するとともに、出力データを処理して、搬送ベルト１０３の劣化の有無を検出するデータ処理部４０９と、を備えている。これにより、試験管を搬送する搬送ベルトの状態の確認を容易かつ的確に行うことができる診断デバイスが提供される。
