Abstract:
(EN) In DI injectors, since a high voltage of several tens of volts is applied and current is made to quickly flow, magnetic saturation occurs, and a current change due to valve opening does not occur. Therefore, the present invention addresses the problem of estimating a valve open timing and suppressing solid variation in a fuel injection amount without being affected by magnetic saturation. To this end, in a device for controlling a fuel injection device, the current and voltage applied to a solenoid of the fuel injection device are controlled to thereby control the opening/closing of a fuel injection valve and fuel injection characteristics. This device for controlling a fuel injection device is characterized by being configured from: a means for filtering a driving voltage of the fuel injection device; a means for responding to valve opening of the fuel injection device and extracting a peak time difference appearing in a filtered output; and a means for correcting the driving current on the basis of the peak time difference, wherein the longer the peak time difference, the longer the driving current flowing time is set. By using this device, the above problem can be solved.
(FR) Dans les injecteurs à DI, étant donné qu'une tension élevée de plusieurs dizaines de volts est appliquée et qu'un courant est amené à s'écouler rapidement, une saturation magnétique se produit, et un changement de courant dû à l'ouverture de soupape ne se produit pas. Par conséquent, la présente invention aborde le problème consistant à estimer une temporisation d'ouverture de soupape et à supprimer une variation solide dans une quantité d'injection de carburant sans être touchée par la saturation magnétique. À cet effet, dans un dispositif de commande d'un dispositif d'injection de carburant, le courant et la tension appliqués à un solénoïde du dispositif d'injection de carburant sont commandés pour commander ainsi l'ouverture/la fermeture d'une soupape d'injection de carburant et des caractéristiques d'injection de carburant. Ce dispositif de commande d'un dispositif d'injection de carburant est caractérisé en ce qu'il est configuré à partir : d'un moyen de filtrage d'une tension d'attaque du dispositif d'injection de carburant ; d'un moyen de réponse à l'ouverture de soupape du dispositif d'injection de carburant et d'extraction une différence de temps de pic apparaissant dans une sortie filtrée ; et d'un moyen de correction du courant d'attaque sur la base de la différence de temps de pic ; plus la différence de temps de pic est longue, plus le temps d'écoulement de courant d'attaque est long. L'utilisation de ce dispositif permet de résoudre le problème ci-dessus.
(JA) DIインジェクタでは数十ボルトの高圧電圧を印加し、電流を急速に流すため、磁気飽和が起こり、開弁による電流変化が発生しない。そこで、本発明は磁気飽和の影響を受けることなく、開弁タイミングを推定し、燃料噴射量の固体ばらつきを抑えることにある。そのため、燃料噴射装置のソレノイドに印加する電流及び電圧を制御することで燃料噴射弁の開閉を制御し、燃料噴射特性を制御する燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、燃料噴射装置の駆動電圧をフィルタリングする手段と、燃料噴射装置の閉弁に対応してこのフィルタ出力に現れるピーク時間差を抽出する手段と、ピーク時間差に基づいて駆動電流を補正する手段から構成され、ピーク時間差が長い程駆動電流が流れる時間を長くすることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置を用いることで上記課題は解決できる。
