Abstract:
(EN) A method for setting cutting processing conditions for heat-resistant alloys that sets cutting processing conditions when cutting heat-resistant alloys using a cutting tool, wherein: the cutting tool has a shaft that is long in the axial direction and is mounted to a main spindle, and a plurality of cutting edges provided on the outer circumference of the shaft; the cutting processing conditions include a radial cut volume in the radial direction of the cutting tool; and the cutting tool radial cut volume Rd is set to be greater than a minimum radial cut volume Rd_min and less than a maximum radial cut volume Rd_max (step 22), where the minimum radial cut volume Rd_min is the radial cut volume in which one cutting edge from the plurality of cutting edges is always in contact with the heat-resistant alloy and the maximum radial cut volume Rd_max is the radial cut volume in which three or more cutting edges from the plurality of cutting edges are not in contact with the heat-resistant alloy.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage de conditions de traitement de coupe pour des alliages résistant à la chaleur qui définissent des conditions de traitement de coupe lors de la coupe d'alliages résistants à la chaleur, à l'aide d'un outil de coupe. L'outil de coupe comprend un arbre qui est long dans la direction axiale et qui est monté sur une broche principale, et une pluralité de bords de coupe disposés sur la circonférence extérieure de l'arbre; les conditions de traitement de coupe comportent un volume de coupe radiale dans la direction radiale de l'outil de coupe; et le volume de coupe radiale d'outil de coupe (Rd) est réglé de manière à être supérieur à un volume de coupe radiale minimal (Rd_min) et inférieur à un volume de coupe radiale maximal (Rd_max) (étape 22), le volume de coupe radiale minimal (Rd_min) étant le volume de coupe radiale dans lequel un bord de coupe de la pluralité de bords de coupe est toujours en contact avec l'alliage résistant à la chaleur et le volume de coupe radiale maximal (Rd_max) est le volume de coupe radiale dans lequel trois bords de coupe ou plus parmi la pluralité de bords de coupe ne sont pas en contact avec l'alliage résistant à la chaleur.
(JA) 切削工具を用いて耐熱合金を切削するときの切削加工条件を設定する耐熱合金の切削加工条件設定方法において、切削工具は、主軸に装着される軸方向に長いシャフトと、シャフトの外周に設けられる複数枚の刃とを有し、切削加工条件は、切削工具の径方向における径方向切込み量を含み、複数枚の刃のうち、1枚の刃が常に耐熱合金に接する径方向切込み量を、最小径方向切込み量Rd_minとし、複数枚の刃のうち、3枚以上の刃が前記耐熱合金に接しない径方向切込み量を、最大径方向切込み量Rd_maxとすると、切削工具の径方向切込み量Rdは、最小径方向切込み量Rd_minよりも大きく、最大径方向切込み量Rd_maxよりも小さくなるように設定される(ステップS22)。
