Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To shorten message circulation time in a signal safety system which manages the occupancy right for each travel section by message circulation. [Solution] This signal safety system 100 is configured by including a management device 108 which is provided with: a communication device 1081 which communicates with mobile units which move while ensuring the occupancy right to each section on a track, by circulating, to the mobile units, a message in which the occupancy right to each section is disclosed; and a calculation device 1082 which notifies either the mobile units or predetermined control devices in a message circulation range, comprising one or more sections, of an instruction for said message circulation range to be joined with another message circulation range or an instruction for dividing said message circulation range, on the basis of the moving states of the mobile units within the message circulation range.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de raccourcir le temps de circulation de message dans un système de sécurité de signal qui gère le droit d'occupation pour chaque section de déplacement par circulation de message. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un système de sécurité de signal (100) qui est configuré en incluant un dispositif de gestion (108) qui est pourvu : d'un dispositif de communication (1081) qui communique avec des unités mobiles qui se déplacent tout en assurant le droit d'occupation à chaque section sur une piste, par circulation, vers les unités mobiles, d'un message dans lequel le droit d'occupation à chaque section est décrit ; et d'un dispositif de calcul (1082) qui notifie les unités mobiles ou les dispositifs de commande prédéterminés dans une plage de circulation de message, comprenant une ou plusieurs sections, d'une instruction pour ladite plage de circulation de message à être jointe à une autre plage de circulation de message ou d'une instruction pour diviser ladite plage de circulation de message, sur la base des états de déplacement des unités mobiles dans la plage de circulation de message.
(JA) 【課題】電文回覧により走行区間の占有権管理を行う信号保安システムにおいて、電文回覧時間を短縮する。 【解決手段】信号保安システム(100)において、経路の各区間の占有権を記載した電文を移動体間で回覧することにより、前記各区間の占有権を確保しながら移動する各移動体と通信する通信装置(1081)と、1以上の前記区間からなる電文回覧の範囲において、前記各移動体の移動状況に基づき、前記範囲に属する各移動体および所定の各制御装置のうちいずれかに対し、前記範囲を他の電文回覧の範囲と結合する指示、または、前記範囲を分割する指示、を通知する演算装置(1082)とを備えた管理装置(108)を含む構成とする。
