Abstract:
In the present invention, when manufacturing a closed-type impeller from a single block (50) a rough-cutting step is implemented, in which a rough-cutting tool is used to cut a flow path region (51) in the block (50), and a remnant-cutting step is implemented, in which a remnant-cutting tool (60c) is used to cut a cutting remnant (55) from the rough-cutting step. The remnant-cutting tool (60c) has a tool main body (61c) on the outer periphery of which a blade is formed, and a handle (65c) to the front end of which the tool main body (61c) is secured. The maximum outer diameter of the tool main body (61c) is greater than the minimum outer diameter of the handle (65c). In addition, the tool main body (61c) has a rear blade (62) oriented in a direction that includes a tool rear side (Dtb) component.
