Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to determine the permissibility of decreasing the automatic driving level of an automatic driving vehicle on the basis of a driving load, which takes into account the relation with peripheral vehicles. This automatic driving level decrease permissibility determination device 101 is provided with: a peripheral vehicle information acquisition unit 1 which acquires peripheral vehicle information, which is information relating to peripheral vehicles traveling in the periphery of the local vehicle in which an automatic driving control device 11 performs automatic driving control switching between multiple automatic driving levels; a driving load calculation unit 2 which calculates a driving load value representing the degree of the driving load of the local vehicle on the basis of the peripheral vehicle information; an automatic driving level decrease permissibility determination unit 3 which determines the permissibility of decreasing the automatic driving level of the local vehicle on the basis of the driving load value; and an output control unit 4 which outputs the permissibility determination result of the automatic driving level decrease permissibility determination unit to the automatic driving control device 11.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de déterminer la permissibilité d'une diminution du niveau de conduite automatique d'un véhicule à conduite automatique sur la base d'une charge d'entraînement, qui tient compte de la relation avec des véhicules périphériques. Ce dispositif de détermination de permissibilité de diminution de niveau de conduite automatique (101) est pourvu : d'une unité d'acquisition d'informations de véhicule périphérique (1) qui acquiert des informations de véhicule périphérique, qui sont des informations relatives à des véhicules périphériques se déplaçant dans la périphérie du véhicule local dans lequel un dispositif de commande de conduite automatique (11) effectue une commutation de commande de conduite automatique entre de multiples niveaux de conduite automatique ; d'une unité de calcul de charge d'entraînement (2) qui calcule une valeur de charge d'entraînement représentant le degré de la charge d'entraînement du véhicule local sur la base des informations de véhicule périphérique ; d'une unité de détermination de permissibilité de diminution de niveau de conduite automatique (3) qui détermine la permissibilité de diminution du niveau de conduite automatique du véhicule local sur la base de la valeur de charge d'entraînement ; et d'une unité de commande de sortie (4) qui émet le résultat de détermination de permissibilité de l'unité de détermination de permissibilité de diminution de niveau de conduite automatique au dispositif de commande d'entraînement automatique (11).
