Abstract:
(EN) A system 10 for assisting in providing appropriate insurance product information service in accordance with a customer's wishes, said system 10 being provided with: an input unit 16 which receives an input of information about a customer's wishes regarding insurance products; a product database 20 which stores information about a plurality of insurance products; a search engine 18 which searches for insurance products matching the information about the customer's wishes as received by the input unit 16, from among the plurality of insurance products stored in the product database 20; a display unit 22 which displays insurance products found by the search engine 18; and a customer database 21 which stores and associates the information about the customer's wishes with the customer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système 10 d'aide à la fourniture d'un service d'informations de produit d'assurance approprié conformément aux souhaits d'un client, ce système 10 étant pourvu : d'une unité d'entrée 16 qui reçoit une entrée d'informations concernant les souhaits d'un client relatifs à des produits d'assurance ; d'une base de données de produits 20 qui stocke des informations concernant une pluralité de produits d'assurance ; d'un moteur de recherche 18 qui recherche des produits d'assurance correspondant aux informations concernant les souhaits du client tels que reçus par l'unité d'entrée 16, parmi la pluralité de produits d'assurance stockés dans la base de données de produits 20 ; d'une unité d'affichage 22 qui affiche les produits d'assurance trouvés par le moteur de recherche 18 ; et d'une base de données client 21 qui stocke les informations concernant les souhaits du client et associe les informations au client.
