(EN)The present disclosure provides a process for rapid hydrolysis of a substrate the process comprises the steps of obtaining a substrate slurry; contacting the 10 substrate slurry with at least one enzyme to obtain a soluble fraction and an insoluble fraction; separating the soluble fraction from the insoluble fraction; recovering the at least one enzyme from the soluble fraction to obtain recovered enzymes; and treating the insoluble fraction with the recovered enzymes to achieve at least 90% hydrolysis of the substrate in a time period in the range of 2 - 5 hours.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé d'hydrolyse rapide d'un substrat, le procédé comprenant les étapes d'obtention d'une suspension de substrat; de mise en contact de la suspension de substrat avec au moins une enzyme pour obtenir une fraction soluble et une fraction insoluble; de séparation de la fraction soluble de la fraction insoluble; de récupération de l'au moins une enzyme de la fraction soluble pour obtenir des enzymes récupérées; et de traitement de la fraction insoluble avec les enzymes récupérées pour obtenir au moins 90 % d'hydrolyse du substrat en une période de temps dans la plage de 2 à 5 heures.
