Abstract:
(EN) An electromagnetic actuator comprising a moving armature (41) comprising a pin (43) and a permanent magnet arrangement (45) arranged coaxially with the pin (43) and secured to it, and an excitation coil arrangement (42) arranged coaxially with the pin (43). The coil arrangement (42) is suppliable with a current to cause a movement of the movable armature (41). The actuator further comprises a surface (51) of ferromagnetic material. The permanent magnet arrangement (45) is axially interposed between the surface (51) of ferromagnetic material and the excitation coil arrangement (42). The permanent magnet arrangement (45) comprises a plurality of permanent magnet regions (45a) arranged around the pin (43) of the moving armature (41), wherein each permanent magnet region (45a) has a polarity opposite to the polarities of the permanent magnet regions (45a) angularly adjacent thereto. The excitation coil arrangement (42) comprises a coil having a lobed shape.
(FR) L’invention concerne un actionneur électromagnétique comprenant une armature mobile (41) comprenant une broche (43) et un agencement d’aimants permanents (45) agencé coaxialement avec la broche (43) et fixé à cette dernière, et un agencement de bobines d’excitation (42) agencé coaxialement avec la broche (43). L’agencement de bobines (42) peut être alimenté en courant pour entraîner un mouvement de l’armature mobile (41). L’actionneur comprend en outre une surface (51) de matériau ferromagnétique. L’agencement d’aimants permanents (45) est intercalé axialement entre la surface (51) de matériau ferromagnétique et l’agencement de bobines d’excitation (42). L’agencement d’aimants permanents (45) comprend une pluralité de zones (45a) d’aimants permanents agencées autour de la broche (43) de l’armature mobile (41), chaque zone (45a) d’aimants permanents ayant une polarité opposée aux polarités des zones (45a) d’aimants permanents qui lui sont angulairement adjacentes. L’agencement de bobines d’excitation (42) comprend une bobine dont la forme est lobée.
