Title: METHOD FOR PULLING PIPES INTO OCCUPIED CABLE CONDUITS
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for pulling pipes into occupied cable conduits, the pipes being flexible pipes or cables, for example for pulling in fibre optic cables. The aim of the invention is to simplify the laying of such flexible pipes, but also cords or small devices, in cable conduits already occupied by other cables or pipes. This is solved in that: in a first step, an adapter (4) is attached to the cable conduit (2) in the entry shaft and the pipe to be laid is positioned in said cable conduit, wherein the pipe can be what is known as a speedpipe (23); in a second step, a parachute-shaped pull-in device (13) is placed on and fitted to the end of the pipe which is to be introduced into the cable conduit (2); in a third step, a flowable medium, preferably water, flows through the adapter (4) into the pull-in parachute-type element (13) and conveys the latter together with the pipe to the exit shaft (12).
