Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for conveying a low-tension flexible belt or strip (2), made of fabric or composite material, over a length of more than 30 m and at a speed higher than 600 m/min. The method consists of unwinding and returning the belt or strip (2) by means of a plurality of pairs of rollers (4, 5) which are motorised and rotated at identical speeds, each pair of rollers (4, 5) consecutively driving a first surface (2a) of the belt or strip (2) by means of a first roller (4) rotated in one direction and a second opposite surface (2b) of the belt or strip (2) by means of a second roller (5) rotated in an opposite direction.
(FR) Procédé de convoyage d'une bande ou nappe (2) souple, à faible tension, en textile ou en matériau composite, sur une longueur supérieure à 30 m et à une vitesse supérieure à 600 m/min. Le procédé consiste à faire dérouler et à renvoyer la bande ou nappe (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une pluralité de paires de rouleaux (4,5) motorisés et entraînés en rotation à des vitesses identiques, chaque paire de rouleaux (4, 5) entraîne successivement une première face (2a) de la bande ou nappe (2) au moyen d'un premier rouleau (4) entraîné en rotation dans un sens, et une deuxième face opposée (2b) de la bande ou nappe (2) au moyen d'un deuxième rouleau (5) entraîné en rotation dans un sens inverse.
