Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a blood substitute product comprising haemoglobin and a self-assembled microparticle having an acid having two or more acid groups and an organic base in a solvent. The particle is of micron scale. The microparticle may be obtained by contacting a bis-acid and organic base in a hydrophilic solvent, wherein the acid is insoluble or sparingly soluble in the hydrophilic solvent and the organic base is soluble in a hydrophilic solvent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un produit de substitution du sang comprenant de l'hémoglobine et une microparticule autoassemblée comprenant un acide comportant au moins deux groupes acide et une base organique dans un solvant. La taille d'une particule est de l'ordre du micron. La microparticule peut être obtenue par la mise en contact d'un acide bis et d'une base organique dans un solvant hydrophile, ledit acide étant insoluble ou peu soluble dans le solvant hydrophile et la base organique étant soluble dans un solvant hydrophile.
