Abstract:
The invention relates to a system for measuring the mains frequency and measurement variables, events and states of an electrical energy supply network which are derived therefrom, characterized by the following features: - the signal used for the measurement is sampled, - the spectrum of the signal is shifted by the mains frequency by means of IQ demodulation, - averaging or filtering is used after mixing with the mains frequency, - parts of this signal or variables derived therefrom are compared with a desired value and a control deviation is determined, - a manipulated variable is created from the control deviation in a controller, - which manipulated variable influences the current assumption of the mains frequency or variables which can be calculated therefrom, and the measurement variables are determined from the current assumption of the mains frequency or variables which can be calculated therefrom by means of filtering or by using a parameter estimation method. The invention also relates to a method for measuring the mains frequency and measurement variables, events and states of an electrical energy supply network which are derived therefrom.
