Abstract:
(EN) For an entrained-flow gasifier for gasification of fuels in dust or liquid form using a gasifier agent containing free oxygen, at pressures between atmospheric pressure and 8 MPa and gasification temperatures between 1200 and 1900°C, there is proposed a liquid-cooled cooling screen of which the cooling pipes in the central cylindrical section have thinner walls than the cooling pipes in the lower and upper conical sections. The invention provides a cooling screen design having sufficient strength under high pressure difference over the cooling screen wall, a pipe wall thickness which ensures reliable operation of the cooling screen and high heat throughput, and pressure equalization between the cooling screen gap and the reaction chamber under all operating circumstances.
(FR) L’invention concerne une chemise de refroidissement refroidie par liquide pour un réacteur à lit entraîné destiné à la gazéification de combustibles particulaires ou liquides à l’aide d’un agent de gazéification contenant de l’oxygène libre, à des pressions comprises entre la pression atmosphérique et 8 MPa et à des températures de gazéification comprises entre 1 200 et 1 900 °C, ladite chemise de refroidissement présentant des tubes de refroidissement à paroi plus mince dans la partie cylindrique centrale que les tubes de refroidissement des parties coniques inférieure et supérieure. L'invention permet d’obtenir une structure de chemise de refroidissement présentant des résistances suffisantes en présence de différences de pression importantes dans la chemise de refroidissement, une épaisseur des parois des tubes assurant un fonctionnement sûr de la chemise de refroidissement et une transmission thermique importante, ainsi qu'un équilibrage des pressions entre l'espace ménagé autour de la chemise de refroidissement et la chambre de réaction dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement.
(DE) Für einen Flugstromvergaser zur Vergasung von staubförmigen oder flüssigen Brennstoffen mit einem freien Sauerstoff enthaltenden Vergasungsmittel bei Drücken zwischen Umgebungsdruck und 8 MPa sowie Vergasungstemperaturen zwischen 1.200 und 1.900°C wird ein Flüssigkeits-gekühlter Kühlschirm vorgeschlagen, dessen Kühlrohre im mittleren zylindrischen Abschnitt eine geringere Wandstärke aufweisen als die Kühlrohre im unteren und oberen konischen Abschnitt. Die Erfindung bringt eine Kühlschirmgestaltung mit ausreichenden Festigkeiten bei hoher Druckdifferenz über der Kühlschirmwand, eine Rohrwandstärke, welche einen sicheren Betrieb des Kühlschirmes und einen hohen Wärmedurchgang gewährleistet, und einen Druckausgleich zwischen Kühlschirmspalt und Reaktionsraum in allen Betriebszuständen mit sich.
