Abstract:
(EN) A screw-type vacuum pump has a housing (26) forming a suction chamber, wherein the housing (26) is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Also, two screw rotors arranged in the suction chamber (46) are each provided with at least one displacement element (10, 12) having a helical recess so as to form multiple turns, wherein the at least one displacement element (10, 12) is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. At least six, in particular at least eight and particularly preferably at least ten turns are provided between the region where 20% to 30% of the outlet pressure prevails and a pressure-side rotor end (pump outlet).
(FR) L’invention concerne une pompe à vide à vis comportant un corps (26) formant une chambre d'aspiration, ce corps (26) étant fabriqué en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium. En outre, ladite pompe comporte deux rotors à vis disposés dans la chambre d'aspiration (46), qui comprennent chacun au moins un élément de déplacement (10, 12) pourvu d’un évidement de forme hélicoïdale destiné à former plusieurs spires, ledit au moins un élément de déplacement (10, 12) étant fabriqué en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium. Entre la zone dans laquelle règne 20 % à 30 % de la pression de refoulement et une extrémité de rotor côté pression (refoulement de pompe), au moins six, en particulier au moins huit, et plus préférentiellement au moins dix spires sont formées.
(DE) Eine Schraubenvakuumpumpe weist ein einen Schöpfraum ausbildendes Gehäuse (26) auf, wobei das Gehäuse (26) aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt ist. Ferner sind zwei in dem Schöpfraum (46) angeordnete Schraubenrotoren mit jeweils mindestens einem eine schraubenlinienförmige Ausnehmung zur Ausbildung mehrerer Windungen aufweisenden Verdrängungselement (10, 12) vorgesehen, wobei das mindestens eine Verdrängungselement (10, 12) aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt ist. Zwischen dem Bereich, in dem 20 % bis 30 % des Auslassdrucks herrschen und einem druckseitigen Rotorende (Pumpenauslass) sind mindestens sechs, insbesondere mindestends acht und besonders bevorzugt mindestens zehn Windungen vorgesehen.
