Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a rotor (1) for an electric machine. The rotor (1) comprises a first shaft journal (2), a second shaft journal (3), a laminated rotor core (4), and a filling body (5), wherein the filling body (5) is cast onto the laminated rotor core (4) such that the laminated rotor core (4) is mounted on the filling body (5) for conjoint rotation, and the filling body (5) is connected to the shaft journals (2, 3) for conjoint rotation such that torque is transmitted from the shaft journals (2, 3) to the laminated rotor core (4). Furthermore, a cooling channel (23) extends through the shaft journals (2, 3) and through the filling body (5) in the axial direction (L) of the rotor (1).
(FR) L’invention concerne un rotor (1) destiné à une machine électrique. Le rotor (1) comprend un premier tourillon (2), un second tourillon (3), un paquet de tôles de rotor (4) et un corps de remplissage (5), le corps de remplissage (5) étant assemblé par fusion au paquet de tôles de rotor (4) de sorte que le paquet de tôles de rotor (4) se trouve monté solidaire en rotation sur le corps de remplissage (5), et le corps de remplissage (5) étant relié de manière solidaire en rotation avec les tourillons (2, 3) de sorte qu'un couple est transmis des tourillons (2, 3) au paquet de tôles de rotor (4). Der Rotor (1) umfasst einen ersten Wellenzapfen (2), einen zweiten Wellenzapfen (3), ein Rotorblechpaket (4) und einen Füllkörper (5), wobei der Füllkörper (5) an das Rotorblechpaket (4) angegossen ist, sodass das Rotorblechpaket (4) drehfest auf dem Füllkörper (5) gelagert ist, und der Füllkörper (5) drehfest mit den Wellenzapfen (2, 3) verbunden ist, sodass ein Drehmoment von den Wellenzapfen (2, 3) auf das Rotorblechpaket (4) übertragen wird. Weiterhin durchsetzt ein Kühlkanal (23) die Wellenzapfen (2, 3) und den Füllkörper (5) in axialer Richtung (L) des Rotors (1).
