Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an interface-forming device (x60) and a method for providing an electrically conductive power transmission interface (x30) on the end surface of a power cable (x00) having at least two separate wires (x02) being electrically conductive, the cable (x00) further comprising a reactive compound different from the wires (x02) for providing further features to the power cable (x00). The method comprises the steps of providing an end section of said power cable (x00), said end section comprising wires (x02) having wire ends, the end section further having said reactive compound, and successively adding electrically conductive particulates (x67A) onto said end section by bringing the conductive particulates being dispersed in a carrier fluid of a different material than said conductive particulates into contact with said end section. Thereby, cable joining and terminations are achieved of a higher quality.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de formation d'interface (x60) et sur un procédé de réalisation d'une interface électriquement conductrice (x30) de transmission de puissance sur la surface d'extrémité d'un câble de puissance (x00) ayant au moins deux fils séparés (x02) étant électriquement conducteurs, le câble (x00) comprenant en outre un composé réactif différent des fils (x02) et destiné à assurer des attributs supplémentaires au câble de puissance (x00). Les étapes du procédé consistent à réaliser une section d'extrémité dudit câble de puissance (x00), ladite section d'extrémité comprenant des fils (x02) ayant des extrémités de fils, la section d'extrémité ayant en outre ledit composé réactif, et à ajouter successivement des matières particulaires (x67A) électriquement conductrices sur ladite section d'extrémité en mettant les matières particulaires conductrices qui sont dispersées dans un fluide porteur d'un matériau différent desdites matières particulaires conductrices en contact avec ladite section d'extrémité. Ainsi, une jonction et des terminaisons de câble d'une qualité supérieure sont obtenues.
