Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a magnetic surface fast wave photodiode with a leakless magneto-optical thin film, comprising an optical input port (1), an optical output port (2), a magneto-optical thin film (3), a background medium (4), two wave-absorbing layers (5, 6) and a bias magnetic field (H0). The magneto-optical thin film (3) is arranged in the background medium (4). The magneto-optical film thin (3) uses a magneto-optical material. The photodiode and an isolator are composed of the magneto-optical material and the background medium (4). The left end of the photodiode and the isolator is the optical input port (1), and the right end thereof is the optical output port (2). The surfaces of the magneto-optical material and the background medium (4) are provided with magnetic surface fast waves. The bias magnetic field (H0) is arranged at the magneto-optical thin film. The photodiode has a simple structure, is convenient to implement, has a high optical transmission efficiency, is small in size, is convenient to integrate, is applicable to large-scale optical path integration, and has broad application prospects.
(FR) L'invention concerne une photodiode à onde rapide de surface magnétique avec un film mince magnéto-optique sans fuite, comprenant un port d'entrée optique (1), un port de sortie optique (2), un film mince magnéto-optique (3), un milieu d'arrière-plan (4), deux couches d'absorption d'onde (5, 6) et un champ magnétique de (H0). Le film mince magnéto-optique (3) est disposé dans le support d'arrière-plan (4). Le film magnéto-optique mince (3) utilise un matériau magnéto-optique. La photodiode et un isolateur sont composés du matériau magnéto-optique et du support d'arrière-plan (4). L'extrémité gauche de la photodiode et l'isolateur sont le port d'entrée optique (1), et l'extrémité droite de celle-ci est le port de sortie optique (2). Les surfaces du matériau magnéto-optique et du support d'arrière-plan (4) sont pourvues d'ondes rapides de surface magnétique. Le champ magnétique de polarisation (H0) est agencé au niveau du film mince magnéto-optique. La photodiode a une simple structure, est pratique à mettre en œuvre, a une efficacité de transmission optique élevée, est de petite taille, est pratique à intégrer, est applicable à une intégration de trajet optique à grande échelle, et présente de vastes perspectives d'application.
