Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a reverse tricycle provided with two steering wheels in the front and a driving wheel in the rear, the reverse tricycle comprising a support mechanism and a steering device. The support mechanism comprises a vehicle frame, a two-front wheel fixing frame and a rear fork (9). The steering device comprises a steering column (1), a vertical tube (2) connected to the vehicle frame, and a steering knuckle. In a support structure of the reverse tricycle, since a front suspension frame comprises a cavity (104) which is provided in the middle thereof and used for installing a transverse front shock absorber (5), a front upper cavity (101) provided at a front upper portion, a front lower cavity (102) provided at a front lower portion, and a rear lower cavity (103) provided at a rear lower portion, the transverse front shock absorber (5) and a support arm assembly are both concentratedly provided at the front suspension frame which is centralized in structure, and a front segment of the vehicle frame of the reverse tricycle has a larger space. At the same time, with respect to a vertical front shock absorber, the front shock absorber (5), which is transversally provided at the middle cavity (104) of the front suspension frame, lowers a shock absorption position and the center of gravity of the whole vehicle. In addition, using hingeable connection to replace universal joint connection reduces the requirements for a process and reduces the cost.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tricycle inversé doté de deux roues directrices à l'avant et d'une roue motrice à l'arrière, le tricycle inversé comprenant un mécanisme de support et un dispositif de direction. Le mécanisme de support comprend un cadre de véhicule, un cadre de fixation des deux roues avant et une fourche arrière (9). Le dispositif de direction comprend une colonne de direction (1), un tube vertical (2) raccordé au cadre de véhicule et une fusée de direction. Dans une structure de support du tricycle inversé, étant donné qu'un cadre de suspension avant comprend une cavité (104) qui est disposée au milieu de celui-ci et utilisée pour installer un amortisseur avant transversal (5), une cavité supérieure avant (101) disposée au niveau d'une partie supérieure avant, une cavité inférieure avant (102) disposée au niveau d'une partie inférieure avant et une cavité inférieure arrière (103) disposée au niveau d'une partie inférieure arrière, l'amortisseur avant transversal (5) et un ensemble bras de support sont tous deux disposés de manière concentrée au niveau du cadre de suspension avant dont la structure est centralisée, et un segment avant du cadre de véhicule du tricycle inversé présente un espace plus grand. En même temps, par rapport à un amortisseur avant vertical, l'amortisseur avant (5), qui est disposé transversalement au niveau de la cavité centrale (104) du cadre de suspension avant, abaisse une position d'amortissement et le centre de gravité de l'ensemble du véhicule. De plus, le fait d'utiliser une liaison articulée pour remplacer un raccordement par joint universel permet de réduire les conditions requises d'un processus et de réduire les coûts.
(ZH) 一种前面设置两个转向轮,后面设置一个驱动轮的反向三轮车,包括支撑机构和转向装置,支撑机构包括车架、前两轮固定架、后平叉(9);转向装置包括方向柱(1)及连接在车架上的立管(2)以及转向节,所述反向三轮车的支撑结构,由于前悬架包括中部设置有安装横置前减震(5)的空腔(104)、前上部设置的前上空腔(101)、前下部设置的前下空腔(102)、后下部设置的后下空腔(103),将横向的前减震(5)及支撑臂组合都集中设置在前悬架,前悬架结构集中,反向三轮车车架前段的空间布置较大,同时由于前减震(5)横向设置在前悬挂的中间空腔(104)位置,相对竖直的前减震而言,降低了减震的位置和整车的重心;另外采用铰链方式连接替换万向节连接方式,降低了对工艺的要求,降低了成本。
