Abstract:
(EN) Sucker rod steel, a heat treatment process therefor, and a manufacturing method comprising the heat treatment process. The sucker rod steel comprises, in mass percent, the following chemical elements: C: 0.10-0.20%, Si: 0.40-0.80%, Mn: 0.20-0.60%, Mo: 0.36-0.46%, Cr: 6.15-7.10%, Al: 0.015-0.035%, Nb: 0.02-0.06%, and N: 0.008-0.015%, with the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities. The microstructure of the sucker rod steel is tempered martensite and nanoscale precipitates. The grain size is less than grade 10, the tensile strength is 920-1320 Mpa, and the AKU2 impact energy is greater than or equal to 180 J.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un acier a tiges de pompage, un processus de traitement thermique associé, et un procédé de fabrication comprenant le processus de traitement thermique. L'acier à tiges de pompage comprend, en pourcentage en masse, les éléments chimiques suivants : C : 0,10 à 0,20 %, Si : 0,40 à 0,80 %, Mn : 0,20 à 0,60 %, Mo : 0,36 à 0,46 %, Cr : 6,15 à 7,10 %, Al : 0,015 à 0,035 %, Nb : 0,02 à 0,06 %, et N : 0,008 à 0,015 %, le reste étant du Fe et les inévitables impuretés.
