A car sheet metal-related automatic punching and die cutting apparatus having a manipulator, the apparatus comprising a punch press (1) having a loading unit and an unloading unit respectively arranged on two sides thereof, wherein the loading unit comprises a floor loading mechanism (4) and a loading manipulator (2), the unloading unit comprises an unloading manipulator (3), and the loading manipulator comprises a first adjustment sliding rail (20), a first adjustment sliding block, a loading sliding rail (23), and a loading block (24). The first adjustment sliding block is mounted with a first vertical motor (21) and a first horizontal motor. A loading U-shaped block (22) is arranged at an output end of the first vertical motor. The loading sliding rail is embedded in the loading U-shaped block. An attachment device is provided at a lower end face of the loading block. By arranging the loading unit and unloading unit respectively on the two sides of the punch press, the punching and die cutting apparatus of the present invention achieves full automation of loading, punching, and unloading, thus reducing the number of operation personnel, and improving product quality.
