Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a rigid gear for a harmonic reducer, a harmonic reducer, and a robot. The harmonic reducer comprises a wave generator (11), a rigid gear (12) and a flexible gear (13). The wave generator (11) is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the flexible gear (13). The rigid gear (12) comprises a flange (122), a rigid ring (123) and a flexible ring (124) which are provided coaxially. An inner peripheral surface of the flexible ring (124) is provided with first gear teeth (121). An outer peripheral surface of the flexible gear (13) is provided with second gear teeth (131). The first gear teeth (121) mesh with the second gear teeth (131). The harmonic reducer having the rigid gear is capable of reducing slewing errors, and has a better transmission accuracy.
(FR) L'invention concerne un engrenage rigide destiné à un réducteur harmonique, un réducteur harmonique et un robot. Le réducteur harmonique comprend un générateur (11) d'ondes, un engrenage rigide (12) et un engrenage souple (13). Le générateur (11) d'ondes est disposé sur une surface périphérique interne de l'engrenage souple (13). L'engrenage rigide (12) comprend une bride (122), une bague rigide (123) et une bague souple (124) qui sont disposées de façon coaxiale. Une surface périphérique interne de la bague souple (124) est pourvue de premières dents (121) d'engrenage.
