Abstract:
(EN) An electromagnetic relay, comprising a movable spring (1), a yoke (2), and a coil (3). An iron core (7) is provided in the coil (3); the yoke (2) is L-shaped and has horizontal edges and vertical edges; the yoke (2) is provided outside the coil (3); the horizontal edges of the yoke (2) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the iron core (7), and the vertical edges of the yoke (2) are parallel to the axis of the iron core (7); one side of the vertical edges of the yoke (2) facing towards the coil (3) is provided with a plastic layer (61) formed by means of injection molding, such that the plastic layer (61) is provided between the yoke (2) and the coil (3) in an insulating manner. The solution can improve the insulation degree between the yoke (2) and the coil (3), ensure position precision of an insulating component, and effectively reduce assembly processes, without influencing winding space. On the other hand, when the yoke (2) and the movable spring (1) are fixed, no stress will be applied on the movable spring (1) to deform the movable spring (1), such that the dimensional uniformity of the movable spring (1) is improved.
(FR) L’invention concerne un relais électromagnétique, comprenant un ressort mobile (1), une culasse (2), et une bobine (3). Un noyau de fer (7) est disposé dans la bobine (3) ; la culasse (2) a une forme de L et a des bords horizontaux et des bords verticaux ; la culasse (2) est disposée à l’extérieur de la bobine (3) ; les bords horizontaux de la culasse (2) sont reliés fixement au bas du noyau de fer (7), et les bords verticaux de la culasse (2) sont parallèles à l’axe du noyau de fer (7) ; un côté des bords verticaux de la culasse (2) tourné vers la bobine (3) comporte une couche de plastique (61) formée par moulage par injection, de sorte que la couche de plastique (61) est disposée entre la culasse (2) et la bobine (3) de manière isolante.
