Abstract:
(EN) A soft rubber keyboard having a hard sheet bonded to a bottom portion thereof, comprising: a printed circuit thin film (20), a keyboard baseboard (30) which supports under the printed circuit thin film,as well as an integral soft rubber key cap (10) and several hard sheets (40) provided thereon with holes; the integral soft rubber key cap comprises several key units, the key unit being formed by connecting a soft rubber key surface (11), a soft rubber support (12) and a soft rubber key base (13); each key unit corresponds to a hard sheet provided thereon with holes, and a soft rubber convex elastic switch body (14) is integrally and downwardly formed on a bottom surface of the soft rubber key surface of each key unit; during assembly, the hard sheets provided thereon with holes are sleeved over the soft rubber convex elastic switch bodies by means of holes (41), and then bonded to the bottom surfaces of the soft rubber key surfaces by using glue. Such a keyboard structure can omit the use of scissor feet and independent elastic silicone switch parts, thus saving costs, and making the keyboard lighter and thinner. The process of bonding hard sheets by using glue has simple processing steps, and allows a pressing force applied on the soft rubber key surface to be even and steady.
(FR) L'invention concerne un clavier en caoutchouc souple ayant une feuille dure collée à une portion inférieure de celui-ci, comprenant : une couche mince de circuit imprimé (20), une plaque de base de clavier (30) qui s'appuie sous la couche mince de circuit imprimé, ainsi qu'un capuchon de touche en caoutchouc souple intégré (10) et plusieurs feuilles dures (40) disposées sur celle-ci avec des trous; le capuchon de touche en caoutchouc souple intégré comprend plusieurs unités de touche, l'unité de touche étant formée en reliant une surface de touche en caoutchouc souple (11), un support en caoutchouc souple (12) et une base de touche en caoutchouc souple (13); chaque unité de touche correspond à une feuille dure disposée sur celle-ci avec des trous, et un corps de commutateur élastique convexe en caoutchouc souple (14) est formée intégralement et vers le bas sur une surface inférieure de la surface de touche en caoutchouc souple de chaque unité de touche; pendant l'assemblage, les feuilles dures disposées sur celles-ci avec des trous sont emmanchées sur les corps de commutateur élastiques convexes en caoutchouc souple au moyen de trous (41), puis liées aux surfaces inférieures des surfaces de touche en caoutchouc souple en utilisant de la colle. Une telle structure de clavier peut omettre l'utilisation de pieds de ciseaux et de parties de commutateur de silicone élastique indépendantes, ce qui permet d'économiser des coûts, et de rendre le clavier plus léger et plus mince. Le procédé de collage de feuilles dures à l'aide de colle présente des étapes de traitement simples, et permet à une force de pression appliquée sur la surface de touche en caoutchouc souple d'être uniforme et stable.
(ZH) 一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜(20)以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜下的键盘底板(30),还包括有一体式软胶键帽(10)和若干个开孔的硬质片(40),一体式软胶键帽包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面(11)、软胶支撑体(12)、软胶按键底座(13)相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个开孔的硬质片,在每个按键单元的软胶按键面的底面上向下一体成型有软胶凸形弹性开关体(14);装配时,开孔的硬质片通过开孔(41)套设在软胶凸形弹性开关体后通过胶水粘接在软胶按键面的底面。这样的键盘结构能节省剪刀脚和独立弹性硅胶开关部件,节约成本,使键盘更为轻薄,采用硬质片通过胶水粘接的工艺步骤简单,能使软胶按键面受力按压均衡平稳。
